Breadth has broken down hard into the afternoon. With 22% of the 1,422-stock universe flashing bullish setups against 426 bear setups, sellers control the tape. The average SCTR of 5.3 is about as washed-out as it gets, and SPY's SCTR of 0 with zero bull count confirms the index is dragging everything with it. This isn't rotation—it's broad liquidation. The only green on the screen is a thin list of outliers: BWET, ABTC, AMDG, AIRS, and BDSX are holding bull signals, but they're swimming against the tide. Meanwhile BYND, AMDD, and AIXI are stretched to the upside and vulnerable to mean reversion if the selling accelerates. Into the close, the path of least resistance is lower. When breadth sits at 22% and the average SCTR is pinned near zero, bounces get sold. Watch for a test of intraday lows in the next 60–90 minutes, with failed rallies offering short entries.
