If no new T1 signals fired (unusual in normal market conditions), the digest shows the top SCTR leaders — stocks ranked highest in the EdgeOS composite momentum score — as watchlist candidates for the coming week.

What is a T1 ignition signal?

A T1 ignition fires when a stock's EdgeOS bull counter crosses from 0 to 1 with SCTR above 9. SCTR (Stock Composite Technical Rank, 0–100) measures a stock's momentum across short, medium, and long timeframes. The combination — SCTR > 9 confirmed by a bull counter starting — represents the opening of a new momentum cycle. Based on 7 years of data across 799,000+ signals, T1 ignitions have a 55% win rate in bull regimes when SCTR is in the high zone (50–75).

What does the market regime (bull/chop/bear) mean?

The market regime is determined by SPY's EdgeOS signal: SPY bull count > 0 and SCTR > 9 = bull regime (individual T1 signals have ~55% historical win rate). SPY bear count > 0 and SCTR < 4 = bear regime (T1 win rate drops to ~38%). Neither = chop (~44%).
