1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TraderValue ("the Service"), including winstockoptions.com, winstockoptions.com, stockoptionsflow.com, and the TraderValue mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not Investment Advice — Important Disclaimer

TraderValue is a technology and information service only. Nothing on this platform — including EdgeOS signals, T1 ignitions, SCTR scores, GEX levels, options flow data, AI-generated research notes, paper trading results, market breadth indicators, or any other content — constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument.

TraderValue is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. We are not regulated by the SEC, FINRA, or any other financial regulatory body. Our signals and analysis are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any signal, strategy, or backtest result is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your capital. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose.

Always consult a qualified, licensed financial adviser before making any investment decision. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

3. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate research notes, market analysis, and signal commentary. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. It is not produced by licensed securities analysts and does not meet the standards of registered investment research. It must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision. TraderValue is not affiliated with any investment bank, brokerage, or financial institution. Any resemblance in formatting or style to professional research is for informational presentation purposes only.

4. Data Accuracy

Market data, prices, options flow, and other financial data are sourced from third-party providers including Alpaca Markets, Tradier, Unusual Whales, and others. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. Data may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. Do not make trading decisions based solely on data displayed in the Service.

5. Subscription and Payment

Free tier — Available to all registered users at no cost. Features may change at any time.

Pro tier — Billed monthly ($17/mo) or annually ($139/yr) via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any data or content from the Service
  • Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically copy data from the Service
  • Use automated tools (bots, crawlers) to access the Service except as explicitly permitted
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying signal logic or algorithms
  • Use the Service to create competing products without our written consent
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TraderValue and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: trading losses, lost profits, loss of data, or any other pecuniary loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any information provided.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

The EdgeOS signal methodology, backtest data, and proprietary indicator system are the intellectual property of TraderValue. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Third-party data (market prices, options data, news) remain the property of their respective providers.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
