SCTR is a composite technical momentum score from 0 to 10, computed nightly by the EdgeOS scanner on 3,000+ NYSE/NASDAQ/ARCA stocks with ADV ≥ $40M. It weights long-term momentum (60%), medium-term (30%), and short-term (10%). SPY's SCTR sets the market regime benchmark.
