Breadth is thin. Only 38% of the 10,280 stocks in our scan are flashing bull setups (3,855 versus 1,898 bear), and the average SCTR of 4.8 says most names are broken, not building. SPY is the exception: SCTR 7 with a Confirmed Bull trend and six bull counts, so the index is holding up while the median stock bleeds. That divergence is the whole story tonight—leadership is narrow, and the top bull signals (CTNT, VYNE, FMFC, LMFA, IMMP) are small-cap momentum names, not broad participation. SJT, TZA, and KOD are the most extended, which tells you the speculative tail is stretched. For the next 60–90 minutes, expect chop with a downward bias in the average stock.
