The average SCTR of 5.3 is near the floor of its range, and SPY's SCTR of 0 with zero bull signals confirms the index is being dragged by the broad market rather than leading it. Only a handful of names are fighting the current: BWET, ABTC, AMDG, AIRS, and BDSX are holding bull signals, but they're isolated pockets in a sea of weakness.
